Mis acogidas de verano.

Mi mujer Ainhoa y yo siempre hemos intentado colaborar con distintas ONGs. Anteriormente traíamos niños del Sáhara pero aunque con los niños no tuvimos problemas, las administraciones son otra historia. Oímos hablar de Chernobil Elkartea y decidimos acercarnos a informarnos. Tuvimos una primera entrevista con Marian y Luismi y la verdad salimos muy contentos y convencidos. Como ese año nos casabamos decidimos dejarlo para el año siguiente. El año siguiente llegó y un día de finales de junio, con todos los nervios del mundo fuimos al aeropuerto. Allí nos entregaron a una preciosidad de 6 años llamada Yana. Tímida, un poco retraída, asustada y con una gran curiosidad por todo lo que veía. Las primeras semanas fueron complicadas porque la barrera del idioma es importante. Pero en cuanto empezó a entender y hablar el idioma todo fue fantástico. Tenemos la suerte de acoger a una niña con un corazón de oro y yo no sé lo que nosotros le podemos haber aportado a ella. Pero si se todo lo que ella nos ha aportado a nosotros.Y desde luego todo es positivo. Seguramente de lo mejor que nos va a poder pasar en la vida es haberla podido conocer y el vínculo que se ha creado entre ella, mi mujer y yo. Unos años después se añadió al grupo Diana, la hermana mayor de Yana. Vino con 14 años una edad difícil. Muy tímida, retraída, con un carácter muy fuerte pero también con muy buen corazón. Tuvimos la suerte de compartir con ella tres veranos y aunque todavía tenemos contacto con ella se la echa de menos. Y este último año se unió al grupo Bogdana. Una niña de 6 años, bastante cabezota, algo menos tímida y retraída pero con un comportamiento bastante bueno. Como es el primer año todavía no puedo decir mucho más de ella. La seguiremos conociendo. Y resumiendo 22 acogidas después aquí estamos viendo como una aventura que empezó hace años se ha convertido en una parte más de nuestras vidas. Una experiencia que le recomiendo a todo el mundo, por lo que le podemos aportar nosotros a ellos y lo que nos pueden aportar ellos a nosotros.
